Training & Qualifications
Mr Mohamed Mohyudin graduated from the University of Leeds Medical School in 2009 (MBChB). He subsequently underwent extensive, rigorous ophthalmic specialist training, culminating in his Fellowship of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists (FRCOphth) and Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT).
Setting him apart in his field, Mr Mohyudin is double fellowship trained. He completed highly competitive specialist fellowships in both Paediatric Ophthalmology and Oculoplastics (eyelid and periocular surgery). This dual expertise allows him to manage complex cases that span both functional and aesthetic domains.

Clinical Experience
Since 2020, Mr Mohyudin has held a Substantive Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon post at the Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Trust. In his NHS practice, he routinely handles complex surgical cases and manages busy clinical lists.
In private practice, he consults at Spire Elland Hospital and is a Partner at Newmedica (Bradford & Huddersfield). Across these settings, he has amassed an exceptional surgical track record, including over 5,000 cataract surgeries, thousands of eyelid procedures, and more than 500 squint corrections.
